news 6 reporter loren korn is in edgewater with this disturbing story. the mother says it happened here at this park. they found more than just easter eggs hiding under these leaves. >> it was actually in the baby section. >> reporter: she says her two girls were in a church easter egg hunt at rotary park saturday morning only to find more than just plastic eggs. >> when one of the eggs was being dug up, it was literally right next to the egg. >> reporter: they found this exposed needle. >> you could see the orange top of it and the mom kicked it and reached and put it in the bottle to get rid of it. >> reporter: it was barely sticking out from under a pile of leaves. >> you don't know what they're going to grab. >> reporter: this mother brings her son elijah to the park at least twice a week. >> it could be anywhere and it is anywhere and it's around our children. it's awfully scary. >> we take anything like that seriously. >> reporter: the city of edgewater says they have crews parks and report any illegal activity or drug paraphernalia that's found. >

loren korn is in volusia county where beachgoers caught the sharks on video. >> reporter: i'm told the baby sharks have been out here for the past three days, swimming around in an area of water where it's warm and some beachgoers i talked to said when they heard about the sharks, they decided to get video. and not just any video. >> we put the drone up and lo and behold we saw the creatures that they are. this is way cool, really neat. >> reporter: he's not the only one who saw him. >> they're beautiful creatures. >> reporter: he captured the pictures of the lemon sharks. >> they're real curious and they want to check out anything on the bottom. if you make the slightest movement they dart away, 100 >> reporter: we caught these two surfers darting the other way after feeling them in the water. >> it's kind of scary, they went under me and hit my board. i was like, "oh my gosh." >> we screamed at them and they got really scared and ran away from us. >> reporter: beachgoers say it's definitely a sight to see. >> they're just curious. we're more scared of them than they are us. >> matt:
