luray is 39. while it is 30 in culpepper. 28 up at the airpark and montgomery county. 40 for pax river at the naval air station. when you factor in the winds, there is not much of a wind chill. locally, we're down to 35 for rockville. columbia, 29 this morning. college park sits at 30. fairfax at 38 and 28 coming in at fort belvoir. officially outside, clear skies. temperature running in the 30s right now. with the clouds. feeling like 32 with a light south-southwest wind at 5:00. dew points are running in the upper 20s. the only really cold air is up in maine. northern maine and eastern areas of quebec. you'll notice subzero readings in caribou. the rest of the country, 20s, 30s, 40s. it is a comfortable morning across the u.s. thanks in part to the jet stream being well to the north so the arctic air bottled up in canada and that's what's -- that's where it is going to stay. the week after, we'll get some cold air in here. right now, a little bit chilly in parts of the northeast in new england.
