new information in the 2014 train derailment in lynchburg. a national transportation safety board report has concluded that a broken rail was likely to was carrying crude oil from north dakota to a terminal in yorktown. the train spilled nearly 30-thousand gallons of the oil into the james river and ignited this huge fire. no one was hurt. the new report blames the derailment for more than one million dollars in property damage. the state water control board fined c-s-x $361-thousand dollars. malaysia's transport minister says there's a " high probability" that the plane part found in mozam-bique is from a boeing 777. malaysia airlines flight 370 is the only missing 777. experts are still examining the part. authorities are searching the area where the piece was found, looking for other possible debris. investigators say the area where it was found matches investigators' predictions of where debris from the malaysia plane would end up. malaysia airlines flight 370 disappeared two years ago. investigators are working to find out what caused a
