this is just a huge water main break. it not only is the water rushing in, there is concern about the depth of the water coming so fast and so hard. it is dangerous and basement areas. >> we have seen some areas where kids have been walking away through it. at some of the water is actually up to the top portion of the doors of the cars. as you see, that looks like a little bit of swift water because it has funneled down from the shopping center down a major freeway. there are some kids out playing in it and adults trying to make sure that people are ok. the water is still rising in this location. it has not subsided at all. it is getting worse. the department of public works has pretty much responded. i have not been able to pick up on the scanner as to the size of the water main, how long it is going to take to shut it off. the baltimore county fire and police have pulled the plug and put everything at their disposal to come down here to deal with it. the have called for additional manpower. they have called for neighbor
