how important is this race patrick morrisey versus joe manchin in november and how important is west virginia in the grand scheme of things? >> west virginia is quite important here. republicans are starting to write off manchin a little bit and they are focusing elsewhere particularly looking at missouri, north dakota and indiana as their three best bets he agrees with the president on a lot of stuff. he agrees with him about coal and in all likelihood will vote for brett kavanaugh. he's a little more difficult than some of these democrats but also for congressional district there's a self-described trump democrat named ricky o. jab at trump democrat who is an iraq veteran who is a democrat for congress from the third congressional district down there in a state state where trump is as popular as he is in west virginia. he is changing the politics and lots of states in places like oklahoma and west virginia where his approval ratings are sky high. he's changing the whole nature of politics in these places. kennedy: at this point at its every candidate for him or herself and you have
