marcus: absolutely. valuation premium of high quality stocks versus low-quality stocks, it is rich versus history. where i stand on this debate, if you step back, what is apparent is the quality gap is higher than it has been in history. as you mentioned, any low-quality stocks are facing significant disruptive threats. the trend you are seeing is a few generally large multinational companies are significantly disrupting entire industries. the challenge for us as investors is to make sure you are on the right side of that curve, and unfortunately in the u.k. there are more companies being disrupted than successful disruptors. you need tonagers, identify only a few of those companies that are winning and have clear market ship leadership positions and differentiate yourself from the wider market. matt: thank you so much for joining us. marcus morris-eyton, portfolio manager, allianz global investors. he is with us on a day that wraps up what could be the third week in a row for stocks to fall globally, bu

good morning to you, laura and marcus. we know so far there were 70 people taking part in this melee in the parking lot of the sun valley mall some pleasant hill. i want to show you behind me. that's the safeway parking lot. we're learning that the fight spilled into that parking lot as well. that's right along here on contra costa in pleasant hill. police say it happened roughly 8:30 p.m. saturday night. concord police, and sheriff's deputies were called to break up the scene. 30 juveniles took part in this fight. it's unclear whether everyone was coming from. we do know one police officer and a security officer needed treatment for a pepper spray exposure but they do appear to be okay. they disbursed fairly fast. they had three police agencies on scene. they tell us no further investigation is expected by police at this time. pete suratos for "today in the bay". >>> thanks for the latest, pete. >> a heads-up now for anyone needing a rideshare this weekend. some drivers are planning to strike. uber and lyft drivers. this
