>> essentially with all due respect to marjorie, she isn't a very good candidate.son she lost in '94 other than the republican landslide was the fact that she dithered about her vote on the floor of the house and managed to be the last person to put the tax package over the top. you never want to be that last person because naturally you're going to be held accountable for it. she didn't seem to learn very much about campaigning in all of the years since. that's been 20 years. so i think that was part of it. another factor here. what do you make of that? >> it could be. endorsements often don't work very well. a lot of voters say thank you very much. i'll make up my own mind. you know, we've been treated to so much coverage of the coronation of hillary clinton. it's good to remember that actually the clintons are very human and they can lose races. they proved it last night. >> yeah. i'm not going to make any other bets with you but she won't get the democratic nomination. i would almost be willing to bet ice cream but i know where that goes. professor, always a pl

he basically lived with marjorie and travelled the world together and gave them $3 million.ause he was sexually abused and never came up in the trial, i said that is important evidence that would have changed the sentence. what do you think about that? >> that is most important evidence to have in a case like this. and they could have one, changed the sentence he received and mitigated the life sentence. and changed the outcome of the actual trial. and there was evidence that we heard that he dissociated with himself and own reality at the time of this crime. he could have been found not guilty by reason of insanity. they took it in consideration when deciding to undo the sentence and release the bond. >> they have a small self help bocks and the counsellor pushing him on it. and revealing between ages 12- 18. they were sexually abused. that's all we know. there has to be evidence of that or are they taking the words of that? part of his character in real life is portraying himself as a master manipulator. when you think about it jenna, only evidence they would be and no arr

last night former congresswoman marjorie margolies lost her race by a 2-1 margin. her son married chelsea clinton in 2010. however, she served one term in congress in the 90s but lost re-election after voting for president clinton's budget. they helped fundraise in her come back attempt. her opponent is brendan boil who will now head to the general election in a district that is heavily favored for democrats. >>> so it's been a really good week for advocates of marriage equality. pennsylvania is the latest state to overturn a gay marriage ban after a federal judge declared it to be unconstitutional. republican governor tom corbin haend said whether he'll appeal this ruling. however, couples gathered out site city halls across the state to celebrate the decision. official officials predicted an onslaught of marriage applications for today. pennsylvania follows a rulings in oregon overturning a marriage equality ban. there are 29 states that allow for same sex marriage or have struck down a ban. 44% of the u.s. population now lives in a state that has marge equality.
