also with me, mark tepper.e down days, and we did have the dow a little bit higher earlier. now we're kind of showing red arrows, dow is down 3, nasdaq down 100. s&p is down 14. so the u.s. labor department is estimating that employment gains are going to slow significantly and be more concentrated across a few sectors in the decade, this would go through 2032. with only 4.7 million jobs to be added. we do get claims out at 8:30 eastern time, that's short-term data. but it's this long-term projected job growth timeline that has really got investors a little nervous. >> that's interesting. i wonder how much of that might be attributable to a.i. hopefully a lot of that is a.i. replacing jobs but there should be new jobs created obviously. what i can tell you in the near term is that the share of u.s. small businesses that have job openings has dropped to its lowest level since february of 2021. the quit rate is declining which means consumers have less confidence that they can take their talents elsewhere and get
