good morning, marla. >> reporter: good morning.d us is facebook's new home at the intersection of willow road and bayfront expressway. mark zuckerberg has plans to move it -- add to it, move right across the street on the other side of bayfront expressway. that's a little bit closer to east palo alto, and that's not sitting well with that city. the expansion campus would sit on what's currently a vacant 22-acre lot. it would bring another 2800 employees, that means a whole lot more traffic in the area. we drove it. east palo alto city limit is just about a half mile away. the mayor there is concerned of gridlock and a general sense of invasion. if facebook does, in fact, expand, it would mean about 5,000 employees would work at this single intersection alone. the palo alto daily news was told the city is considering filing a lawsuit to stop this from happening. the city will talk about the potential suit at a closed session meeting tomorrow. facebook is hoping to move across the street by 2017. so it could all happen in the next fi

"today in the bay's" marla tellez has more on where oracle is making a move.d morning, marla. >> reporter: jon, good morning. the software giant is here. you can see oracle's name already posted right in front of this building behind me. now a small sign for a big building. this is on almaden boulevard right next to the convention center. a building that sat empty for most of its life, a victim of the recession. but things are looking up. oracle now takes up 3 of the 19 floors. that's about 66,000 square feet. it is expected to eventually have more than 400 oracle employees that will call this office home. oracle is headquartered in redwood shores. larry ellison's company actually inherited this building in 2008 when it paid billions to buy san jose based bea systems. the building's main tenant though is pwc. that's pricewaterhousecoopers. that moved in just over a year ago. that company occupies more than half of the office space here with some 1,200 employees. now this means only 10% of this tower is now vacant and that is certainly great news for downtown s
