correspondent marley hall shows us the steps authorities are taking to keep ebola from spreading. >> reporter: this dallas apartment is under a public health lockdown many inside four relatives of ebola patient thomas eric duncan are confine in there a court ordered police monitored quarantine. one was seen picking up food that was left at the door wednesday but no one is allowed in or out. last weekend the four relatives including wilfred small wood's 21-year-old son helped duncan get medical attention. >> when he start vomiting and throwing up in the bathroom so that's when i called the ambulance to pick him up. >> reporter: the family members are among almost 100 people who had direct or indirect contact with duncan. so far none has developed any symptoms of the disease. duncan himself did not show symptoms of ebola when he flew to the u.s. almost two weeks ago. while living in liberia, he had helped a young pregnant neighbor who later died of ebola. when he left liberia, duncan filled out this form denying he had been in contact with anyone who had the virus. liberia's president
