>> chair ronen: supervisor mar. >> commissioner mar: thank you, chair ronen.nks to everyone for this really informative presentation on such an important initiative here in the city to shift away from police and law enforcement response to these types of calls for service to more appropriate and hopefully more effective ways to respond to them. i just had a few questions -- actually it's more focused on the outcome. i appreciated you sharing all the updates on the implementation of these different street response teams and some of the data. and commander pang, you said this is an iterative process and still a work in progress, but i have questions about the street crisis response team. and it looks like from that one slide you showed, 28% of the encounters result in transport to care, either to a hospital or to non-ambulance transport for various types of service, including psychiatric care. i was just wondering how you guys evaluate that. you feel that 28 -- the roughly -- is it 72% -- yeah. that are not resulting in transport to care. >> the question is how
