( marty )in southern california- a 32 year old man has been charged with intentionally starting nine fires, including the cranston fire in riverside county. it has burned over 12- thousand acres.. and its only 16-percent contained. the fire has destroyed five homes. close to 5-thousand buildings are threatened and an estimated 7-thousand people have been evacuated. ( marty ) in the past two weeks, the ferguson fire has burned mor

marty... there are now reports that 6 members of that boy's soccer team are out of that cave. the operation to remove those kids and their coach began around 8 last night. ambulances have been seen leaving the cave and heading to the hospital. this is the latest video into our newsroom this morning. right now it is unclear who was inside those ambulances. 3 foreign and five thai divers were taking part in the rescue and two divers will accompany each boy as they're gradually extracted. the boys and their coach became stranded when they went exploring in the cave after a practice game june 23. monsoon flooding cut off their escape and prevented rescuers from finding them for almost 10 days. when they were found they were malnourished and weak. over the last few days there have been growing concerns that more storms in the forecast could leave the boys trapped until october. oxygen levels in the cave were also begining to drop making the rescue more urgent. it takes 11 hours for rescuers to get
