matt bradley is live in berlin. matt, what happened?> reporter: joshua, we were walking around, two days ago, all around this area, right in front of the iconic brandenberg gate here. i've got told you, the vast majority of people in these crowds, they were just protesting against those coronavirus restrictions, of which, here in germany, they didn't really have that harsh of a restriction regime. and the death toll and the number of cases was actually really quite low compared to its neighbors, but they did go after the parliament building. that was very threatening. the president of germany just said today that this was an attack on the heart of german democracy. this boisterous protest is trying to convince the world the coronavirus pandemic is exaggerated or even a sham. you won't see any masks or gloves here, but you can catch a glimpse of a very american phenomenon. this march in berlin is mostly against coronavirus restrictions, but there are a lot of qanon supporters here, thanks to the coronavirus, the qanon conspiracy theory i

nbc's matt bradley has been following the deal and the global reaction for us in london. are people around the world saying about this? >> well, around the world, people are very enthusiastic. diplomats and leaders have been coming out and praising this deal because it is undeniably a step towards peace. but in the narrower middle east, we're seeing some -- a lot of anger. it just goes to show that this isn't necessarily so popular anymore, opposition to israel. what we have seen here is a lot of these countries, like the uae, they're seeing iran as the primary threat, rather than israel. and so that's why we're starting to see these countries coming together, that's why benjamin netanyahu seems to be looking forward it other gulf arab countries joining in the uae to create diplomatic ties with israel. what we have heard the most strong reaction we heard was coming just the last couple of hours, that's from turkey's president erdogan. he has said that he's even considering breaking ties with the uae because the uae has created diplomatic ties with israel. it is not clear
