matt delucia joins us live.tell us what you're seeing. >> reporter: well, tracy we rolled into town here just a few minutes ago an we saw a lot of flooding out here. initially we were coming down because we heard about power outages as a result of a storm last night. you see right here, this is 12th avenue by central, the entire street is flooded. we do see as the streetlights are on, we do see homes have power at the moment but down here on the street, you can see at least a few inches of water. my photographer is walking through that right now to give you an idea of what people are experiencing as they're driving through this area. on central avenue, it is not terribly bad but the vehicles are using the center lane out here. you see the side streets are heavy affected by this. a lot of the cars not going to be able to get out until the flooding goes down. i just got off the phone a few minutes before we went on the air, they say the flooding is the big issue. you see the emergency vehicles down the street ther
