matt delucia joins us live from the courthouse. walk us through what unfolded in court. >> reporter: yesterday andrea constand's mother did take the stand and said she was distraught and angry about what had happened and what she had learned about some years ago. this was all unfolding yesterday over the past couple days in the courtroom. and so andrea constand took the weekend stand once again yesterday. over the course of two days, she had had given about b seven hours of testimony. then her mother also took the stand there and what was happening was a cross-examination from the defense side trying to poke holes in andrea constand's story, trying to ask why she had made several phone calls to bill cosby in the days after this alleged assault. and then you also had andrea constand's mother on the witness stand talking about making a phone call to cosby confronting him about what had happened. we spoke with penn medicine expert over there about what this could do to future cases of victims of sexual abuse. >> it could be a totally

matt delucia has been monitoring all the developments out of london this morning and he joins us live from the breaking news center. >> it has been a busy night and morning in london as investigators continue to work while the injured victims and families of the dead deal with the aftermath of this attack. counterterrorism officials made 12 arrests in the last couple of hours, and we have been gathering new video and pictures overnight and this is one that shows the intense moments after that attack in london. people there on the floor in a bar as police entered. britain's prime minister said in addition to attacking with the van and stabbing the victims the three men wore fake explosive vests as a way to spread panic and fear. the area where this happened was packed with people at the time, and they were all in the streets and in the restaurants and bars. this morning the prime minister took the opportunity to make a frank address to her country about the terrorism they have seen. >> while we have made significant progress in recent years, there is to be frank far too much tolerance

matt delucia is live at the courthouse in norristown. tell us more about the testimony from constand. >> reporter: andrea constand will be back on the witness stand today testifying. the defense will continue questioning her and also her mother. yesterday was andrea constand's first public appearance, testifying as the prosecution's key witness. she testified for more than 90 minutes yesterday, answering questions, designing her interactions with bill cosby, how it started as a professional relationship that evolved into a friendship. constand said cosby made unwanted advances, eventually drugging and assaulting her in 2004. she spoke about that visit to cosby's elkins park home. she wanted to talk about her future with the temple women's basketball team. and that cosby gave her three blue pills. he started grabbing her. she was incapacitated and woke up the next morning and left. she testified at the time she didn't want top stir up trouble and cause retaliation. cosby's lawyers tried to poke holes in her story. we'll look for that to c

. >> nbc 10 matt delucia live for us outside southwest detective. walk us through what happened he here. >> reporter: this morning a girl in the hospital and a shooter on the loose. 16-year-old girl shot five times while standing outside with friends. the bullets started flying. having a good time outside. this happened just after midnight on the 5900 block of springfield avenue. on the steps outside the front door of a house. that's where someone came up and started shooting. philadelphia police right now don't know if this particular girl was the target of the shooting, but there is no doubt that the shooter was indeed aiming at this crowd. now police do tell us the girl is expected to survive. in stable condition at the hospital right now. police officers were able to rush her to the hospital in time to get that treatment, but the real question this morning, who did this and why. detectives have been talking with some of the witnesses here at southwest detectives overnight. also hoping they will be able to get some surveillance video from that ar

matt delucia has been on the story since the very beginning. he is at the police staging area in doils town with new information. bring us up to speed. >> this guy has been on the run now for more than 12 hours. we are in an elementary school parking lot where you can see the police staging area and this is where police have gathered to share information and details on this search. police tell me they do not believe this prisoner is a danger to the public, but nevertheless, they want him back in custody. this is 27-year-old daniel selby, the man police have been being looking for with flashlights, dogs and helicopters. for much of the morning, the search centered around this area in doylestown. >> the creek is a natural path for him to take to get out of the area and that's what we're searching. >> reporter: here's how it started. selby was picked up last night and he made a request. >> he told the officers that the sheriffs that he was sick and was going to throw up and they pulled over and allowed him out of the car to do that, he pushed the
