we want to go to ktvu's matt keller who is also on the scene. as you can see, there's more ambulances lined up there. what can you tells from your location? >> reporter: we are here at roland and edgewater and they moved us back, the police officers did, about 50 yards away because they came out saying it's still an active scene. the building has not been cleared. there's obviously concern about where he is. when arrived, there were guns drawn, and a perimeter was set up at oikos university at edgewater and roland. a person we saw was pulled out by police officer and the body was laid down into the street. we did not see that person move after that. a woman was also put out at 11:30 and put into an ambulance and take ton a hospital. 11:40 we saw a line of people pulled from the building and in a very urgent matter, they ran down the street away from the oikos university building there. and then about five, ten minutes after that, that's when the police officers came up to us at roland and edge water and said they did not want us to see the front
