matt keller is on the scene. what is going on, matt? >> it could be a big problem in san jose. the connection to southbound 101 from northbound 8 80's is closed and it will be closed all day. i walked to the end of the ramp and the crew would not told me what was going on but there was obvious signs of water into the lanes of southbound 101. they had a big hose in a hell on the side of the road. they are obviously working on something there. they said it was potholes but this is a bigger problem, a bigger mess and an infrastructure problem. they will be out here all day long waiting to clean up the mess before they get started on the infrastructure issue. now, this is a non-commute direction so that means the morning hours are okay with backup at the southbound connection but the afternoon could be a real problem because a lot people will head home this way. now, this is, again, supposed to be open at 5:00 this afternoon. we will keep you updated on abc7 news. >>> matt, thank you. >>> sounds like a long and frustrating day. >> maybe not so much a problem if you are headed to wo
