one lane in a lot of areas as matt keller mentioned. this is a heavily forested area from our video. it won't be easy to get fire crews there, and that being said, it's not an extremely populated area, so i guess we have good news and bad news as far as that is concerned. and obviously, those winds are helping out as well. if we do want to take a look at our traffic maps here, i can show you exactly what areas we are talking about. i'll zoom in, and we're really talking about between highway 17 and state route 9, so between the summit and the boulder creek area, and it's pretty much even with the south end of the lexington reservoir. it's not too far from skyline and bear creek road, and again, these are smaller, very mountainous roads that are under evacuation here this morning. here's the list. bear creek canyon road, deer creek road, rons road, don road, lost valley road, and as soon as i get more information this, i'll pass it along and put it out on social media, but that's where we are right now. >> we cannot stress enough those r

we've been talking to matt keller who is getting really close to the scene here, he has been calling in on the phone. this is really not a hugely densely residential area, but there are a lot of folks who live here, but these are really some mountainous roads between the boulder creek area and the summit. between state route 9 and state route 17. he mentioned a little earlier this morning there is a lot of construction of course we just had all of those slides last winter with the rainy season. i actually do have a little bit of new information from chp, they started getting calls about a house fire around 10:30 last night and that is what spread to the vegetation and that is what we're dealing with right now. they have shut down the construction on state route 9. so caltrans picked that up at alba, they have that roadway back open. for folks trying to evacuate that is not going to be a concern for you on state route 9, you should be able to get through there freely, those crews picked up early in morning. we do have additional closures in the area as well. bear creek which is sort o
