kron4's maureen kelly reports that in addition to buying coats for children affected by the fire they're also sending notes of support. sweatshirts and sweaters....fleece jackets and raincoats were rung up.....all of them headed to kids forced to camp out because of the camp fire.the money to purchase them was raised by these workers from the 2nd generation childcare center during their annual thanksgiving fundraiser...it was the bleak images of the devestation that moved these workers to use the 300 dollars they collected to help kids who lost everything....at least stay warm as the weather turns cold and wet.when it's coldthe childcare center, run by bright horizon's is located on genetech's south san francisco campus. spokesperson for genentech when the company heard about the coat drive, they kicked in an additional $300 so the childcare workers could double up the amount of coats they were able to buythat turned out to be roughly 60 coats, with the twice as nice shop in san bruno helping out with a discount. they stuffed a note in each pocket....... send any warmth from south san fr
