this is the mayfair mansions apartment complex. there are odd circumstances in this case, what we know is back on wednesday, october 26th, in the afternoon, two men were cleaning this parking lot when they noticed an unconscious woman sitting in a car. we understand from a police report today that the medical examiner's office did an autopsy and determined that it was a homicide on october 28th. but didn't tell dc police for nine straight according to a police report, the men cleaning the lot called 911 just after 2:00 in the afternoon, after they spotted the woman inside a toyota that was marked in the lot. she's been identified as 59-year-old umee of southeast. . oddly the police report says a dollar was found in one pocket and 54 cents in another. why they included that the report also says the woman was strangled. for whatever reason the medical examiner waited 11 days before telling the police. we want to tell you about another homicide that we were at the scene of last night. a woman found talked to death inside a wood area o
