as q mccray reports the church is taking the advantage to federal court. q: this is it. front of the baptist church here in fredericksburg. the church staff here says spotsylvania county is violating the religious freedom and the first amendment rights so it hired a national public interest law firm out of chicago. here is what we found out. the church has been operating a school here samed the summit acked -- named the summit academy. it's supposed to go in the second year at the end of august. that is in jeopardy. here is why. the county says the church continue operating. the church arguing the school is what they call accessory youth of theirs and has the rights to operate a school on the campus. so far, 30 high school students are enrolled for the upcoming year. parents aren't sure where to turn if the school is shut down. >> the summit academy is the best school for our son's needs. we want it to stay open and continue to provide education for our son. >> if we try to stay open the county threatened to fine us. possibly criminal charges. q: as it stands the church
