mchugh i never thought something like this could happen. and i live very close to the mall and i heard everything. i was still in shock that the . tire fishes have identified the killer as sergeant pepper pan tama the sharpshooter reportedly killed his commander and 2 others at his military base before opening fire at the shopping center the prime minister revealed the killers likely motive while visiting the wounded in hospital. there. were investigations have found that the gunman had a passion all disputes over land with his senior officer and the officers mother in law they argued for 3 days nobody expected it to turn violent. the prime minister of former army chief himself admitted that mental health is an issue in the military one they will be looking at in their investigation. but for now people here are mourning the victims of the deadliest mass shooting in the country's history. florian knishes in bangkok earlier he described how officials there had been responding to the rampage incidents like this are definitely not common at all
