news4's jackie bensen is along georgetown pike in mclean, virginia, where crews were out working on thees. hi, jackie. >> reporter: hello, doreen. you know, the folks in this neighborhood, take a look at this sign over to my left, they have power. the reason they have power is the hard work that we witnessed a short time earlier. i think we have pictures to show you of the dominion power crews out here just as it was getting dark, after a tree was removed that had fallen down in georgetown court this afternoon when the wind picked up, brought down power lines. those crews got in there, up on the buckets in these high winds in the torrential rain, in a very dangerous job. and worked so they could get the lights back on to the people in this neighborhood. and then they packed up and took off and west to another one. even while this storm is going on, they're working to get the power back on. but the local utilities do tell us that once we get to the very serious part of the wind, it makes that job of going up in the bucket trucks too dangerous and they're not able to do that. again, we're
