ne four's megan mcgrath is live there now with details. megan. >> reporter: good morning, eun. just a very frightening situation for this mother. she was here at the metr station, it was the height of rushhour, 8:00 a.m. yesterday morning. the woman was trying to get on board a train with her young child. she was able to wheel the stroller onto the car, but then the doors of the train actually closed before she could get on to the train. the train then pulled away from the station, leaving her on the platform, her child in the car. now, there were a number of passengers who saw all of this unfold, realized what had happened, they contacted the driver of the train. at the ne stop or at the fort cotton stop the passengers got off with the baby, they met up with police, and officers watched over the child until the mother could arrivethere at the fort cotton station and they could be reunited. so the child was fine. everybody ended up together at the end. but a very, very scary situation as the mother and child were separated for a bit during the height of rush hour yesterday morn
