melissa: i agree. one thing i was going to add which is probably a good transition to the next case we are going to talk about. in terms of consequences for the scriven nation laws, i'm going to talk about the affirmative action places next. it will be interesting to see what implications it might have and what applicability it may have to discrimination walls more generally -- discrimination laws more generally especially if they can be interpreted broadly to include a specific number of businesses that touch on speech issues. this is one of the few decisions that only have two opinions that came out of it. one of the products of that is it is a pretty broad decision and we will see what the implications are. i imagine for years to come on this one. i will use that as an opportunity to segue into the affirmative action cases which is the next set of cases we were going to cover or that i am going to cover. this is another of the big ones of the term. some may say the most important decision but i will
