melissa: yes, absolutely.actly how long it will be before we really start to see the impact. i think the fed is going to wait until they actually see it in the numbers, they are not going to say oh, we have imposed tariffs, maybe we need to act sooner. but it will eventually make its way. carol: one thing i am curious about, are you thinking about from 2.0, is it good to be a lot like his first time in the white house, -- he has definitely moved much more rapidly in terms of filling out his team, he understands more about how it works or he has advisors understanding. i am just curious, is it a second version of what we got, or something different? melissa: i think it is likely to be something different. we have this kind of push and pull between musk and the traditional maga people. it's not clear if he will come down on one side or the other of those. he also, like any president in their second term, doesn't have to worry about re-election and can possibly do more things rapidly. so i think it will remain to

here's abc's melissa adan. >> oh, my god. >> reporter: tonight, multiple people rescued from the pacificter powerful surf took out part of the santa cruz pier. >> 100 feet of the wharf that have collapsed, multiple victims in the water. >> reporter: the images coming in showing the restrooms at the far end of the pier bobbing in the water. a man in a hard hat and another man near heavy equipment seen waving their arms, floating on the wreckage. rescuers on a jet ski quickly on the scene to bring that man and another to safety. >> big part of the bridge just fell. >> reporter: a third was able to get out of the water on their own. the wharf was previously damaged by storms back in february. the incident comes amid high surf warnings for the entire west coast, from mexico to canada. the wharf is now closed down, as crews assess its safety, and the national weather service alerting there could be waves up to 60 feet in the santa cruz area through at least tomorrow. rachel? >> rachel: all right, melissa, thank you. >>> so, that storm that brought those waves will also be bringing heavy rain
