it started this morning in menlo park when a driver wouldn't pull over for local police. the highway patrol then got involved when the suspect's car crossed the bay. the pursuit ended around 5 a.m. in oakland when the car ran over a spike strip near the caldecott tunnel. investigators say that the suspect still wouldn't leave the wrecked car even after it caught fire. a k-9 officer eventually coaxed him out. the suspect has been identified as 28-year-old abdul zahid of berkeley. >>> a man in arkansas is in custody accused of shooting two law enforcement officers. it happened in a wooded area early this morning in sebastien county about 115 miles west of little rock. the officers were shot while responding to an unspecified call for service. the suspect was arrested several hours after the shooting. the county sheriff says a police officer suffered superficial wounds but would not elaborate on the condition of the sheriff's deputy who was also shot. >>> the department of justice has just released the findings of its year long investigation into the baltimore police departm
