i think the only showers now will be confined to mercer county around pennington one thunderstorm, a couple lightning strikes there. the red showing you where the heavy rain is so this is all going to be moving out of mercer county shortly continuing to move mostly northeast, but the rest of the area pretty much staying dry. we zoom out, you see all the rain off to our west, and this is the rain that's heading in our direction for tomorrow and part of thursday. you'll definitely notice the clouds increasing tomorrow too. now, for the rest of this evening, any showers arnold are going to be clearing out, 9:00 mostly dry. then overnight, we stay dry. tomorrow morning you will see all the clouds moving in just about overcast skies. but still a hot and humid day. morning hours going to be warm and humid. then we go into the middle of the day. by about noon scattered showers and storms could already start developing so you'll definitely want your umbrella before you leave. through the afternoon, this trend's going to continue. we could certainly have some around for the evening commute. o

heavy rain around mercer county, just south and east of trenton and steady showers to the south as well. in philadelphia, we have some rain moving through right now. generally light rain thaw can see from the city on over into portions of, delaware county and over, the bridge, as well in cherry hill. we have a steady shower here at the moment. rain amounts today, very heavy. four .33 in franklin township. atlantic city got 3 inches of rain. last few weeks man we have had thousands left without power since the end of june. 72 miles an hour gust in philadelphia on june 23rd. numerous flash floods. three confirmed tornadoes. we are ready for quiet weather. that is what we will get. temperatures right now in the 70's, still steamy outside but high pressure build in, humidity drops tomorrow, and those breeze from the north it will be just a gorgeous summer day, friday looks great as well mostly sun which highs once again in the 80's. really no chance for rain for the next couple of days and then an increased chance saturday and sunday, as temperatures begin to climb and the humidity builds.
