the tornado watch is out for mercer county. it's more the philadelphia area but we are right on the fringe the evening and severe weather already in virginia, north carolina and active tornado warnings there. the storm prediction center has put in a slight risk of severe weather after 7 pm or 8 pm tonight. wind advisories are also in effect. new york city, connecticut, the coastline is starting to see wind cranking up near 30 miles per hour. that will only increase. we have had three quarters of an inch of rain fall. at least as we go into the evening commute, we have gone into a relative lull where you still need the umbrella but we are in shower rains and then more thunderstorms coming toward dc. that's still several hours away and won't move in and tell the tail end of the evening commute took off and on showers the next few hours, heavier rain regenerates during the evening hours, an in short two on average throughout the night back and then we get into gusty thunderstorms at times. even if we don't see tornadoes, we could

investigators are trying to determine what sparked a fire it happened just after noon yesterday-- along mercer fernery road-- near state road 15. crews say two people inside got out unharmed. the house is a total loss. in flagler county-- four people are in jail after they started a real food-fight-- over garlic knots. it happened on friday at "palm coast pizza." deputies say 25- year-old "jessica conti" became upset because she did not want cheese on her garlic knots-- but they had cheese on them anyway. dputies say-- conti argued with staff-- who tried to return her money. but-- she did not like the way staff put the money on the counter. that is when deputies say, things got out of control. deputies say the four suspects went into the kitchen and pizza boxes and food everywhere. all four were arrested nearby-- and charged with burglary and criminal mischeif. a weather alert now-- at least one person is dead-- and several others are injured-- following an avalanche in canada. this happened yesterday in the town of "golden"-- in british columbia. police say 13 people were involved. the avalan
