with my friends i thought well, you know if we're going to be home and i saw that 2 days ago by lake merritt it was crowded people are out walking the dogs people were out running in a way that only looks like that on january one when how being what you call resolution had exactly the other thing i'm telling because ill is really to check in with their finances a lot of people are feeling the hit with this and so it's time to say ok what am i going to spend how my going to spend it. maybe start working on your the the the other thing is to use creativity. so you know express your emotions your in creative outlets are a lot of people who don't have time to pain can do all the things they love to do now is the time to do that. and i also think it's time for you to go in the fridge take stock look in your cupboards see what it is that you know you need and then you know do things chores that you haven't that the cleaning out of the closet you know the paint job that you are supposed to do or fix the not because it's a great distraction and then the other thing i tell people to take deep breath
