so turning it off gives you more talk and text time. >> i'm michael finney.tas is the first city to provide recycled water station force construction contractors in the south bay. the city's drought ordinance prohibits construction sites from using drinking water for things like dust control. milpitas public works has set up five recycled water fill stations throughout the city for that purpose. city officials say using recycled water at construction sites will save an estimated 25,000 gallons of drinking water a day. the department of parks, recreation and neighborhood services in san jose is offering a twist on the ice bucket challenge. that's where people dump ice water on their heads to raise money and awareness for lou gehrig's disease or als. in light of the drought, park services thought it would be a good idea to do the challenge in a pool. so that's happening at the camden community center pool on union avenue. the fun begins at 11:30. it's $3 admission, but only $1 if you bring a bag of ice. >> now, i challenge mike morse, shawn dunstan and javier l
