and another name, michael flynn, fired early on in the donald trump presidency, but found his way back in. he was very, very much involved, and pushing for the military to actually becoming involved to seize voting machines, and try to prove that the falsehood that there had been fraud in the election results, and another name, boris epstein who was very, very instrumental, and one of the people who engineered the whole effort to get the fake electors seated. again, the grand jury found that these people, boris epstein, michael flynn, and cleta mitchell who were instrumental to devising this plan to get donald trump back in the white house, and in the end, none of them charged by the district attorney. all of them had some sort of vote against them in the racketeering statue, and in the end, the d.a. and the team decided not to pursue the charges. we know these people, and they provided testimony. it may well be that in the end, she found that their testimony was compelling enough or helpful enough that they did not deserve to be charged. again, these are the questions that we have to

will: fulton county grand jurors wanted to to charge them to graham, michael flynn, kelly leffler andgrand jury looked to indict and the breadth, united states senators, in this case. a lot of people give credibility to something that comes out of a grand jury, how much credit ability does this deserve? >> not much. from what i've seen on this report it demonstrates how politicized this georgia prosecution has been from the start and how they were trying to pool in everybody that bought a plane ticket to atlanta during and after the election. i campaign down there a couple weeks, i'm surprised my name wasn't on the list because it was that broad, how they were trying to pull in everybody and anybody who supported donald trump or questioned the election outcome. will: what is it? lindsey graham and kelly leffler and david perdue were not charged, is it some conspiracy to commit election fraud which would have run headlong into the first amendment? >> that's the whole problem with this rico conspiracy that is pending. it is overly broad, rubs up directly against political speech and the
