. >> hi, commissioner, my name is michael shaw. i live close to edge wood. i think the neighbors can understand that i live there for 30 years. i don't see anything happen because i have a dog. i walk the park three times a day. they do an excellent job. i think the neighbors are confused of the mental health. you know children always have behavior issues. as a neighbor i think we should look for the children as our future and don't look at so selfishly think they might have a problem and they might kill a man or woman or parents. my parents are 80 years old and i talked to them about here and they said thanks for the edge wood that they have for the children. as a neighbor i try to support this program as long as they can do good security and children sometimes, i have been there, kids walk out of the fence but they immediately catch them. children walking there, they share the whole playground and i cannot say the children play football and another can get help. i truly support this program and i hope you can pass and cure more behaviors. >> thank you. joh

michael brown was killed. it started at the site in shaw in st. louis where myers was killed and moved to jimmy powell, a shooting that happened after mike brown and they've now arrived at canfield. we're not seeing massive protests outside the police department. we're not seen a massive protest presence at the site of the brown shooting. the national guard remain here guarding the police department and kind of keeping a watchful eye over the protester, but very calm. >> so let me ask you about this story in your paper, in "the washington post" about all of these -- wherever you want to call them, errors, oversights, omissions. you have the officer himself, darren wilson who basically packaged his own evidence. you don't have measurements being taken at the crime scene. when you add all these together, do you have reason to suspect it had all of the proper or normal protocols been followed here that maybe there would have been more for this grand jury to look at, for this prosecutor to look at that could have resulted in a prosecution? >> what we
