upper midwest, currently at 67. when we were sitting at daytime highs of nearly 100 degrees for chicago over the weekend. so this is a very complex cold front, and it's very strong here. it's contending with hot air, and man, these storms are really going to spark this afternoon. so highs very much cooler from cleveland to pittsburgh r, high back in the 70s. you can see the radar right now, just a few storms. this will continue to rev up throughout the afternoon. take note, from washington, philly, to new york, even boston, 43 million under the risk of storms. right now, it's just a slight risk. i think this could go to enhance in the next few hours, due to torrential rain. also with this front is the damaging wind gusts. throughout the day, we're going to be watching for these storm reports to really pick up for areas of the northeast. when you have that cold front clash with hot air, man, it's going to make things dicey for the northeast, throughout the afternoon. we're going to continue to see the flood threat in
