security company has since lost its contract with about 25 walgreen stores after the bango brown shooting. mike henry lee live tonight in the newsroom. henry, thank you. new details this evening about a deadly shooting right outside oakland's lake merritt bart station. police have released the name of the suspect, 45 year old juan andres martinez was arrested yesterday afternoon not long after the shooting. martinez is being held without bail at the santa rita jail in dublin. the suspect is accused of shooting and killing a man right outside the station for reasons still unknown, the victim's name has not been released. a four men have been indicted in a deadly shooting that took place at a park in east palo alto earlier this year. a grand jury indicted the four on charges, including assault with a deadly weapon. prosecutors say two groups of men engaged in a gun battle there at jack farrell park back on may 17th, firing 33 shots as children were playing nearby. one man, ralph old, was killed. he was the cousin of las vegas raiders wide receiver davante adams, san mateo county district attorney
