mike, thank you. a university bus driver accused of causing a deadly crash will be in fourth. the 64-year-old wallaceichardson will be arraigned on vehicular manslaughter charges. a shuttle driver for uc san francisco ran a red light and collided with a tractor-trailer. this accident killed ucsf doctor kevin mack and injured four others. ucsf has since installed seat belts in its shuttles. >> the oakland teen accused of killing his adoptive parents, he is expected to end ter a plea. moses kamin will be tried as an adult. police say he strangled his adoptive parents robert kamin and susan poff. they think the attack stemmed from tension over his recent suspension from school. >> 5:49. two women are the first parents charged in the tough new truancy law. the times reporting the women were supposed to be arraigned last week but one was late and the other didn't show up. the parents who did not show up now -- actually the parent, now has a $5,000 bench warrant. the state law criminalizes chronic truancy and holds the parents responsible f. convicted errants could face a year in jail and a $2,000 fine. >>
