again, i would say it's got to be at least a mile to a mile and a half multiple streets closed down at each entrance of those streets that are being closed down. there's at least 4 to 5 cops. i mean, at this entrance that i'm at right now, there's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 vehicles out here from oakland pd that are blocking off just this one entrance. so when i drove down over towards the motel 6 on the other side of the burqa, darrow, it was the exact same situation they had about 6 or cop cars in that area. so did speak with police at some point this morning who essentially did say they would come and talk to us either towards the afternoon sometime later this morning. they were not able confirm what it is that happened. we did see some video of a look like a pickup truck that either had some bullet casings or bullet holes in it. and there was a wind chill that was cracked on the passenger side. nothing from police has been confirms as we get more information this morning. we'll continue to keep you guys updated. but back out here live, you can see embarcadero this area is closed off that pol
