that crash happened about 1:30 this morning in millersville. in the northbound lane of i-97 a mile south of ben field old exit. one person died in the crash and he was actually pronounced dead on the scene. another person was take on the shock trauma by medevac. now maryland state police tell us that one of the cars may have been traveling in the wrong direction on i-97 when it ran into another car. state troopers at one point had to shut down the northbound and southbound lanes for medevac to come and land. now once again, southbound lane on i-97 is reopened to traffic as well as the northbound lane. it took crews a little while to reopen those lanes because they had to investigate and also clean up the debris. but we are told as of just a few minutes ago both lanes are open to traffic and just in time for rush hour. right now dotlike turn it over to my colleague lauren cook for more on traffic. good morning. >>> good morning. well as you said 97 has reopened. the crash happened right around 1:30 this morning. right between ben field road and
