parents and school officials on the peninsula may go to court after hundreds of test scores were invalidated. the college board canceled test results for 224 students at millshool. the ones who took the advanced placement test in may. the board said there were seating irregularities. some students were seated together at round tables instead of individual desks as required. there are no allegations of cheating. but the tests are being rescheduled. students about to enter college say it may be too late for fall fall classes. the -- for fall classes. they are considering having the college test reinstated. >>> the city council has one fenced area where -- the city has one fenced area where dogs can run off leash in los palmas park. there's 30,000 dogs in the city. this morning, one dog owner says the los palmas dog park needs improvement. >> i think te can do more -- they can do more with it. it's mostly dry dirt. they can have more greenery. they have the grass on the outer patches. when it's hot, the dogs have nowhere to go. >> leashed dogs are allowed at 25 park locations. tonight's meeting beep gins at 7:00 -- begins at 7:00 inside the chambers. >>> littl

students at a peninsula high school say they have been cheated after their ap test scores were thrown out following security concerns. "today in the bay's" christie smith is live at mill's high school in millbrae. the students saying they should not be punished for someone else's mistake. >> reporter: that's exactly right. it's fairly uncommon to have test scores thrown out. turns out someone tipped off the educational testing service and they cited seating irregularities as the reason for advanced placement test scores being tossed out for up to 224 students at mills high school. students and parents are now demanding that the college board and educational testing service go ahead and reinstate those scores rather than having the students take them again next month. the exams were initially given in may and students are saying, look, i've been on vacation, i'm not rusty and not studying. most students feel they haven't done anything wrong. they started a website, why we need our scores back dot com. they think it may give some kids an unfair advantage. they haven't been investigating whether actual cheating happened or not. there are5,fñ guidelines for distance between
