missy: two to three minutes for that. alyx: this is when it gets really interesting because the flavors that you have got going on is exciting. missy: right here i'm going to be making a pizza popcorn. a little bit different flavors going on. i have already tossed this with about a tablespoon and a half of regular butter that has been melted. if you do not want to do that, add cooking spray. and then you add italian seasoning, sprinkle that on top. this is nutritional yeast, which it sounds interesting but actually adds a cheesy flavor. a lot of vegetarians use that for their b12 vitamin that you get from animal products. alyx: what goes into this one? missy: this is a strawberry popcorn so it is dehydrated strawberries or freeze-dried that have been crushed with a little powdered sugar. strawberries and chocolate chips. alyx: you get the sweetness with the salty and savory flavor. a healthy alternative to that october favorite.
