the arraignment for neema momeni, the man accused of murdering tech executive bob lee. it happened in a courtroom packed with family members for the suspect and the victim. there was one of the suspect's family members who was noticeably absent. here's sergio quinn tan that. >> reporter: neem that momeni's attorney, paula canny, successfully asked the judge to delay his arraignment to next week saying she hasn't received all the evidence she requested from the d.a.'s office, including a final autopsy report on the victim, bob lee. while she asked for a delay, she also said when her client finally does plea, it will be not guilty and she will argue for him to be released from jail, saying she believes he's not a danger to the public. >> in all of his years on this earth, he has never been arrested for a crime of violence. >> reporter: one high-profile family member, momeni's sister kazar, was absent. in court documents, a witness said momeni and lee had a heated discussion about the sister that night. in court, assistant district attorney talei said about 20 of lee's fam
