i'm brian taff, with monica malpass and sharrie is off today. we are following the latest on an attack of a 25-year-old man on a philadelphia street in broad daylight. police are hoping to identify three suspects seen on surveillance video. >> it clearly shows the suspects faces, three men in all went up to a man and started punching and kicking him and once he was unk. they took the man's phone, wallet and cash. and gray hall joins us live at the scene where it hatched at b and tioga streets. >> reporter: monica and brian this played out behind me no other way to describe this, this was a horrible and brutal attack and right now police are working aggressively to track down the suspects. >> an all out attack in broad daylight on the b and tioga streets in philadelphia was caught on camera. police are working to find the three men seen here viciously beating the 25-year-old victim. >> it's hard to see something of that level of brutality and what appears to be that random looking and in that broad daylight conditions, it gets a little startling.

monica? >> we will see the rain really stay out of the region at least through tonight and into tomorrow. we've got some nice sunshine in store, i think a lot of people will like the forecast we have set up for us as we head into our sunday. so let's take a look at the doppler radar. again, few isolated showers through today, now the cloud cover starting to break up. here is a look at the temperatures across the region, not all that much warmth through today reached highs in the low 50's, right now about 45 degrees in the city, temperatures will take dip overnight talking only into the 30's, 39 degrees, in the city for the suburbs, 35 cloudy and cool through the overnight then tomorrow those clouds are really going to dissipate, we will see nice sunshine, in addition to that, temperatures are going to be warming quickly, too, by noontime already at 54 degrees, thinking we'll reach highs tomorrow in the low 60s. i've got a look how long this nice weather lasts coming up in the full forecast. >

meteorologist monica cryan is tracking your forecast. monica?ore yesterday. absolutely gorgeous. the sun was out. the boardwalk was packed with people getting ready for the holiday and summer. it's almost there. it's definitely going to feel like it's almost there as we head into tomorrow. we're at 60 degrees in philadelphia. 60 degrees in millville. 54 degrees for those of us in mount pocono. low 60s for those of us in allentown. looking at the setup, we've got a high pressure system to the south of us. notice that clockwise rotation that we usually see when it comes to high pressure system it's pushing in air out of the south so that warm air from the south of us is going to move up towards the delaware valley. we're going to track it out for you as we look at your planner for tomorrow. notice it's a sunny start mid 60s comfortable even in the morning. 78 degrees that's a big warmup all the way by noontime. notice cloud cover does start to increase the afternoon there could be a few storms out there. i don't think we need to cancel any plans.

meteorologist monica cryan is back with your forecast today, monica. >> these are more like july temperatures's 84 and this is cooler than the high of 87 that we reached through the afternoon. notice those south westerly winds sustaining speeds up to 23 miles per hour, but we also have gusty winds as well sustained speeds are just the average wind and then we get the gusts, 39 in allentown, 21 in lancaster and atlantic city gusting about 29 miles per hour. it was gorgeous out there a lot of sunshine, warm temperature, unfortunately. we were dealing with some of those winds, this is out ahead of a low pressure system that has a cold front associated with it. that's sending in those winds. pretty quickly out of the south. once this frontal system passes through, we're going to put get showers and a shift in wind more out of the north and west. that's going to be moving in as we head through the overnight, cooling down our temperatures. here's how it will cool, gradual, today, we reached to mid to upper 80's throughout the delaware valley, as we head into monday, we're talking temperatures into

katherine you've got the exclusive details today. >> reporter: that's right, brian and monica.ur phillips of wayne was charged. he was a teacher's aide at conestoga high school. his preliminary arraignment just wrapped up here in wayne within the last half hour. this is video of him outside the district court only "action news" was there. neither he nor his lawyer had any comment. phillips is a production aide in the television truck scale studio at conestoga high school an employee since 2006. there were numerous charges against him including aggravated indecent assault. investigators say phillips had that a sexual relationship with a student who was under 16 years old when this all started. earlier this week conestoga high school officials went to police and turned over e-mails dating back to january. apparently phillips and the victim would send text and e-mails back and forth. the victim told police he befriended her at the beginning of the school year taking her to places in his car at least once police say he sent her a picture of his private. the victim told segments the
