wjz and monique griego are live with the story. good morning. >> reporter: good morning.obert richardson will be in court later for a bail hearing. he admitted to shooting and killing his father but not before leading them on a chase. he confessed to killing his father then dumping his body in this pond. police called to the home monday night found blood but nobody inside. >> what they found indicated that someone had more than likely been shot. >> police then put out an apb for him. seven hours later a trooper spotted him on the road. richardson took off. >> he went to turn in and didn't make it and went of the curb. >> then in the parking lot of the church richardson crashed his car then took off running but police caught him. that is when he confessed and told them he dumped his father's body in a pond behind his uncle's house. >> it wasn't a normal situation. we heard a lot of screaming. >> neighbors say they worry the father might have been abusing the teen. >> he would be working on something the yard and screaming and cursing and abusive. >> we have records showing

i remember as a city administrator with jennifer and monique walking the parameters trying to figure out which offices would be the best. today we're standing on the option we chose would be the best for lozani's for their hopefully permanent home. it will make a great investment. bower will be moving to. pier 50 along with other tenants and other things kept in storage. these are two significant moves. they demonstrate the level of cooperation we have always wanted to have with our tenants at the port. we need to move them in a sensitive way. they are moving to new places. i think when you talk to them and into the details of this site and. pier 50, they're going into better sites that will allow them to grow and serve our city and visitors in great foer ways. i want to thank you for your wonderful stewardship of your companies and employees, working together with the port, our office, our event authority, and organizing committee to make this even successful and do so in a sensitive and smart way. these are great, solid businesses for the city. they employ a good number of people.
