monterey county is under a flood warning until further notice. we're looking at new video from overnight of the salinas river. there was no roadway flooding when this was filmed, but the water is still very active and crews are handling the situation as best they can on the roads. but take a look at what we captured from nbc bay area's sky ranger yesterday. broken levies, water everywhere along highway 68 and the farms there. now, data from the salinas river tells us the river saw minor flooding yesterday, around 23 feet. as of early this morning, it was one foot above that, 24. now, the national weather service predicts that around right now the river could rise to just under 25 feet, which puts it in the minor flooding category. the monterey county sheriff's office has warned residents of potential road closures like highway 68, possibly highway 1. we will keep updated on that. the north bay, the russian river in guerneville is around 25 1/2 feet as of this morning. minor flood stage is 32 feet. now, earlier this morning i was reporting that th
