a deadly motorcycle crash in montgomery county. this happened on the ramp from the inner loop of the beltway for river road. this is a major commuter route as many of you know and police say that ramp could be shut down for the next two hours. fox 5's stacy cohan just arrived at the scene as well. what can you tell us this morning. >> this happened just before 3:00 a.m., sarah. two hours may be a conservative estimate if you look behind me. this was a very active investigation. apparently, there were two people on a motorcycle that crashed. i am not sure what you can see right here. there is a lot of ambulance activity. but the gentleman, male and female. the male ended up off the roadway in a ditch behind that green exit sign. the female ended up about 5 yards ahead of me in the middle of the ramp and the motorcycle itself went over the guard rail and is under the bridge at this time. both people on the motorcycle are dead. i spoke to a state highway person out here. they said it is not clear what was a factor although just lookin
