this monticello man has pleaded guilty to robbing the f and m bank in monticello earlier this year. brandon brown is now awaiting sentencing. he admitted taking more police say a marion high school student inappropriately touched a student at starry elementary school. the accused student is a 15 year old boy. he faces three counts of second degree sexual abuse, which is a felony. police say they learned about the incident on october 25th and after investigating, they took the boy into custody yesterday. the trial will begin monday for a substitute teacher who admitted having a sexual relationship with a stude washington high school. mary beth haglin, who's 24, faces a felony charge of sexual exploitation. a judge had moved her trial to tama county because of pre-trial publicity. but haglin chose a bench trial, which means a judge will decide the case instead of a jury, so now it will take place in linn county. a little girl police found wandering the streets in central iowa is now in the custody of the department of human services. she is two years old and police her yesterday after

monticello police arrested three after a chase through rural jones county. around 10:40 last night, an the driver fled, leading jones county and cascade authorities on a chase. at one point the vehicle rammed into two law enforcement vehicles. authorities were able to use a pit maneuver to stop the chase near north maple and third streets. they arrested kevin glassmeyer, dechone jackson and megan dains. police also found guns in the vehicle. a cedar rapids company spent the morning striping cars with a blue line to support iowa law enforcement. two- urbandale police officer justin martin and des moines sergeant tony beminio. police say this man, scott greene, ambushed, shot and killed the officers in two separate attacks, while they were on patrol, wednesday morning. greene is charged with two counts of murder and faces life in prison without parole. sergeant beminio's funeral will be on monday in west des moines. and martin's funeral will be in his hometown of rockwell city, on tuesday. we will be carrying both funerals live on kcrg nine point you're lookin
