work to defeat anyone who is hungry and a huge thank you to our fearless leader, radio personality, monty belmonte who has been the inspiration for the march the past four years. he pushed an an empty shopping cart 43 miles and stopped to cheer with the crowds wherever he could. he is a true hero. we were joined by dozens of hunger advocates who marched on against freezing massachusetts winds but kept their heads up the whole way. we were fed by the brand-new holyoke culinary arts food truck, wake the dead doughnuts, brook hire brewing, richardson's candy and pay what you can stone soup cafe. of course there were countless volunteers who made sure we had plenty of dunkin. we looked to lorraine's kitchen and the amherst survivor center. i want to thank the rest stops said up by the m.l.k. family services center, fame of holyoke, and the w.r.s.i. and nepm radio station, hawks and reid, and home depot. i want to thank congressman neal for joining us at the kickoff and congressman joe kennedy for keeping me company on route 16 and governor mara healey being the first governor to join this inc
