also in the eastern portion of our bay area moraga heavy rain. look at this particular cell heading towards highway 580 as you make tracks into oakland and take the turn into the bay bridge this morning. we do have some heavy downpours to talk about throughout the morning hours. throughout the afternoon, it will be scattered. right now we have some rain showers around the bay bridge. that's now traversing out in an east direction towards the estuary also right around the alameda area. so all this activity has a lot of atmospheric river conditions associated with it. it's lifting from the south to the north. nothing like what we experienced in january and february but nonetheless, we can experience a heavy downpour from time to time today. in addition to that, we do have some gusty winds, 12-mile-per- hour winds san francisco, 13 sfo. but the gusts are up to 20 and 25 so it's one of those double white knucklers this morning. the windiest conditions next to the seashore in the bay. currently the roads are wet and the temperatures are in the 50s and
