quite warm stretching down through morgan hill and if you notice up through santa rosa, san francisco, we'll be in the 60s. for thanksgiving day, we have that high pressure keeping us nice and dry. not really going to impact our thursday evening plans. daytime highs in the 60s and 70s. offshore winds will pick up because of that system. aside from the offshore winds, it looks like we're going to be dry and quite nice for thanksgiving day. i mentioned that east coast storm and here it is. let's look at the timing. wednesday east coast. thursday we have some clearing. wednesday we still have the impacts from atlanta to new york, rain and snow. by thursday, it looks like the system stretches just off the coast. by thanksgiving that will be off the coast so the east coast will get to at least enjoy a dry thanksgiving. as far as your seven-day stretch, the model runs are backing off more and more. i will keep that in the forecast to the north just in case they do pop up likely before you even wake up at 9:00 a.m. you might already be up because thursday is thanksgiving. i know everyone wil

around morgan hill, all the way up to the mid-70s, you're going to be the warm spot around the region for fremont, just above 70 for redwood city. mid-60s along the coast and half moon bay. that's normal for this time of year. couple of degrees above average for san francisco and oakland, hitting the upper 60s. and north of the golden gate, temperatures reaching up into the low 70s. a couple spots may hit the mid-70s if you really manage to overachieve. let's take a look at the seven-day forecast. and you are going to see the increase in cloud cover and the decrease in temperatures as we head into next week. temperatures are going to drop down to below-average levels where we have the most widespread cloud cover and the best chance of showers. but for now, because there's so much uncertainty about when the heaviest rain is going to arrive , being kind of vague with the phrasing, just saying showers tuesday, wednesday and again on thursday, eventually one of those days, hopefully sooner rather than later, is going to come into focus as the best chance of widespread and heavier rainfall

morgan hill, all the way up to the mid-70s, you're going to be the warm spot around the region.ont, just above 70 for redwood city. around the coast, half moon bay, couple of degrees above average for san francisco and oakland, hitting the upper 60s. and north of the golden gate, temperatures reaching up into the low 70s. a couple spots may hit the mid-70s if you really manage to overachieve. let's take a look at the seven-day forecast. and you are going to see the increase in cloud cover and the decrease in temperatures as we head into next week. temperatures are going to drop down to below-average levels where we have the most widespread cloud cover and the best chance of showers. but for now, because there's so much uncertainty about when the heaviest rain is going to arrive or be kind of vague with the phrasing, just saying showers tuesday, wednesday and again on thursday, eventually one of those days, hopefully sooner rather than later, is going to come into focus as the best chance of widespread and heavier rainfall, but likely not enough to cause problems. on the coast, t

the normal high temperature is 69 in san jose and up to 70 in morgan hill.t of us will be in the 60s. inland and easley, mid 60s. this is normal for the time of year. temperatures north of the golden gate will reach up to the upper 60s. the warmest location slightly welsh off. we have warmer temperatures in store by the time the weekend rolls around. further down the line we are talking about the first significant rain chance for the entire bay area. it may be associated with a low atmospheric river by the end of next week. we are at the range in the forecast when we are evaluating the model data. it's useful to contrast these to see where there are differences and agreements. with the disagreement , exactly when the best chance of rain will arrive in the bay area. the european model pushes that for most of the day on tuesday. the american model says the showers will not start until the sun goes down on tuesday afternoon. they generally have more agreements than differences. we will see a good chance of wet weather wednesday and thursday and continuing into
