reportedly playing the man who had jesus crucified in upon theous pilot and christian bale is playing mosesxodus." >> we've listed the films. the question is why? why so many books about the bible and why now? joining us to answer that question, film critic tom o'neil and professor brent strong who teaches religion and theology and he is also an ordained united methodist minister. tom, start with you. why is hollywood now investing so much in these biblical films? >> well, the bible miniseries on the history channel last year set new cable viewing records. i think that was a wake-up call to them. it was just ten years ago this year that mel gibson's ""passion of the christ"" made $600 million. i think the question really is, why haven't had he tapped this sooner? because hollywood has the tradition of the biblical epics like "the card that wiinal, "be and "the ten commandments." anything that gets people acquainted for the first time or maybe re-acquainted with some of these great stories from the bible and in the religious tradition is a great thing, but i don't know if it will bring peopl

joining us from miami, ronnie mose. joining us. >> thank you for having me. >> your firm is a computer-driven model. why switch to moral reasons? there's no analysts on the street, i would venture to guess that would cite morality as a reason to downgrade a stock. >> i've been on wall street for ten years. i've put out recommendations on hundreds of stocks. i've written hundreds of reports. everybody on wall street is looking at how much the companies are making at the end of every quarter. and no one's asking how they're making the money. and what happens in a society that's driven on profits is you have pressure to act in immoral and unethical ways. it starts with the tobacco industry that's responsible for 10 million deaths a year. and they will kill 1 billion, with a "b", 1 billion people in this century if the product remains legal. and it continues with companies like apple, whose management would be thrown in jail if they treated their american employees the way they're treating their employees in asia right now.

liz: gary, we showed a slight flight to quality, you could call his a mosing., the treasury yields went down and the price went up, but do you think that's going to be extended monday when everybody's saying, well, maybe that number just was a one-off? >> well, you've got to look at the volume levels first, and i always bring that up. there weren't a lot of people in the market today as anticipated especially with the jobless number that we had. so what we're going to be looking at monday is you're going to get a lot of people scratching their head saying, you know, is this a buy-in time perhaps? everybody was looking at it to reach 325, possibly 350 by mid year, and what did it do after it got up to that key three level, it pulled back down on this weak number. and as far as the tapering is concerned, i'm a little bit more on your side, i hate to say it, i really think that they're going to maybe instead of going ten billion at a shot, they'll stick their toe in the water and say we'll do this little five and show we've still got some confidence going on this.
